Carefully monitor your patients remotely

The SAAS allows doctors to process the health data of their patients from the mobile app and monitor them remotely. My task was to design a platform capable of synthesizing and displaying these data clearly and immediately, but also helping doctors to organize their schedule and emergencies. An effective, smooth and clear visualization allows doctors to consult and analyze the patient's health status and manage any critical issues.

The steps to create digital care programs

Through the platform, doctors can enroll their patients in specific monitoring programs for certain diseases. Patient enrollment allows the doctor to expedite the times for medical history, questionnaire completion, prescription of tests and medications, and setting parameters for telemonitoring.

Design system

Special attention was given to the Design System so that it would be scalable and upgradeable at any time to consistently adapt to each new section of the platform.
